- Drink Shakeology every day
- Exercise 5 days for at least 20-30 minutes
- Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day
- Follow the Team Extreme 5-day meal plan
- Weigh in only on days 1, and 6 (after 5 full days of nutrition and exercise)
